User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian property laws

Property Valuation and Offers

All property valuations and cash offers are subject to:

  • Outstanding liens, encumbrances, or legal issues

Cash offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Nairakey reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers based on findings during due diligence.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are made via bank transfer or bank draft to your verified account
  • Payment is typically completed within 7 business days after document verification
  • All government fees, stamp duties, and capital gains taxes are the seller's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Nairakey does NOT charge any fees for our buying services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That all properties will receive cash offers
  • Specific valuation amounts or timelines
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The accuracy of third-party information (e.g., land registry data)

Limitation of Liability

Nairakey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the property transaction in question.

Dispute Resolution
